Cut-off to send your package to us is either on the 12th or 23rd of the month. • Your items arrive in Singapore 7 to 11 days after the cut-off day. • You book your own delivery & pick-up. Optional Concierge Services
+ P14/minute for packing, package tracking beyond the standard upon-arrival notification, and other support beyond the standard package of our P720/kg rate.

Step 1:
Weigh your package accurately. Get the higher number between actual weight or volumetric weight. Watch THIS video to know how to get your parcel's volumetric weight. Important! Roughly, your volumetric weight shouldn't be 40% more than your actual weight. If it is, the courier may charge an even higher shipping rate based on volume, which we will have to charge you back. Airlines don't like packages that take so much space on the plane but are "lightweight." |

Step 2:
Take note of what's included in the P720/kg rate: • Your items will be consolidated with other customers' items. • All items should not have any side longer than 35cm or 13.5in. • We need to receive all items by 5pm of either the 12th or 23rd cut-off dates. • ETA in Singapore is 6 to 11 days from the cut-off date. • This fee is only for the air freight cost. • Your items must be packed based on this video instruction. • No consolidation of items from multiple deliveries. • One-time update on the schedule of the arrival of the flight in Singapore. • No missing details on this form before shipping. Like in any SUPER AFFORDABLE services, you get just what you need (think Ikea or Holiday Inn Express). But we understand that you may need more help! That's what our CONCIERGE SERVICES are for. Step 3:
Fill out THIS FORM for a smooth processing of your shipping transaction. Choose the Group Box option. Wait for us to confirm if your item is permitted for air shipping before sending them to us! |

Step 4:
